The city that
lost tomorrow

A strange city. A missing hour. A reason to go looking.

Find the premise that catches you

A city mystery could be the next stop in your campaign, or the beginning of something new.

No account needed. Example lore only.

Spend your creative energy making it fit your group.

Sound familiar?

The friction between
an idea and a great session.

“I don’t have time to build everything.”

Marketplace browsing · beta

Browse for a useful starting point. Judge a resource by the session it helps you prepare, rather than the size of the download.

02

“Will this work for my group?”

Listing details

Review a listing’s description, supported game system, and included material before adding it to your plans.

03

“I still want this to feel like my world.”

Your world + your campaign

Start with someone else’s idea and make creative choices for your own table. Respect the creator’s license as you use their work.

Follow your curiosity

Browse available listings for the tone, setting, or session need that interests you.

02

Look before you commit

Read what a resource includes and how it may be used. Listings carry their own terms and availability.

03

Keep the creator in the story

Use original work with attribution and licensing in mind. A creator’s work is the beginning of your table’s interpretation.

Before you begin

A few useful answers.

Is the marketplace finished?

The marketplace is in beta. Creator tools and some resource libraries are still being developed. Check current listings and the Beta page for what you can use today.

Are these real marketplace listings?

No. The interactive examples are fictional editorial examples, not items offered for sale.

Can I start for free?

Yes. Chronicler is free, with one world and one campaign. Start without a credit card. See Pricing for current limits and Rune allowances; beta availability is separate from your plan.

Start with something small

One place. One person. One possibility.

You don’t need a finished world to begin. Give the first idea a home and see where it leads.

Chronicler is free. Grow when your world needs more room.
