Map System Overhaul
- NewRegions and routes can now carry their own labels, with an optional show-on-hover mode to keep busy maps readable.
- NewNew styling controls for regions and routes — custom stroke patterns and widths to tell borders, territories, and travel paths apart at a glance.
- NewReveal regions, routes, and labels to players during a live session as the party uncovers them — not just tokens.
- ImprovedMap labels now stay anchored to the map and keep a consistent size as you zoom, so they read like part of the cartography instead of floating overlays.
- ImprovedMaps now show a loading indicator while large images download, instead of a blank canvas.
- FixedMap toolbar icons now render correctly on mobile.
- FixedMap toolbar controls — including Settings — now wrap onto a second row on narrow screens instead of being cut off.

- NewEntity authority tiers are now supported more consistently across NPCs, factions, locations, and deities.

AI Format Controls & Session Canvas
- NewAI output format controls — set Length (Brief / Standard / Rich), Structure (Prose / Bullets / Mixed), and Tone (Atmospheric / Functional / Vague) before generating. Preferences save per browser and apply across Ask Runekeeper and AI Generate.
- NewCustom seed chips — add your own prompt shortcuts to Ask Runekeeper, scoped per world or globally. Managed via the pencil icon in the chip row.
- NewRune balance now visible inline in the AI Generate panel, Ask Runekeeper, and improvised NPC modal — see what you have before triggering a generation.
- NewCampaign Entity State — track per-entity status within a campaign (active, revealed, resolved, and more) without touching your canon lore.
- ImprovedRune counter moved to the dashboard header and mobile top bar — always visible, never duplicated across breakpoints.
- ImprovedAI Generate and Ask Runekeeper are now visually and behaviourally distinct: Generate is for producing new lore drafts; Ask is for exploring what's already in your world.
- ImprovedSession Prep Canvas: plan dropdown and state picker are easier to reach; drag-and-drop flow is smoother on narrow screens.
- FixedEntity article header no longer overlaps campaign controls on wide screens.
- FixedPrep plan route now correctly returns plans scoped to the active campaign.

Speed & Stability
- NewInline tag editing — add, remove, and create tags directly from entity cards and the codex without opening the full entity editor.
- ImprovedDramatically faster navigation — a full pass over high-traffic pages has collapsed sequential database round-trips into parallel fetches. Pages that previously stalled for several seconds now load near-instantly across the dashboard, codex, campaigns, and player portal.
- ImprovedConnection Gravity surfaces more relevant entity suggestions during active sessions, with smarter handling of recently visited NPCs and tightly connected relationship networks.
- FixedDashboard name fields and tables no longer stall when the page loads without an active session.
- FixedRune Keeper seed questions now display correctly after an API shape change.

Graph Lenses (Beta)
- NewGraph Lenses — pick a lens (Political, Religious, Cultural, Spatial, Mystery, Material, Bestiary, Magic, Mentions) and the relationship graph filters and reshapes itself to answer that one question. Worship arranges in rings around deities, mystery threads flow left-to-right, factions cluster with their bridges visible.
- NewSaved views — name a lens + filter combo and recall the whole setup with one click. Stored per-world.
- NewFocus on entity — click any node, then "Focus on this entity" to constrain the graph to its direct neighborhood.
- NewKeyboard shortcuts on the graph: 1–9 toggle lenses, Esc clears your view in tiers.
- ImprovedRelationship modal slot labels are now role-aware — instead of From/To, you see Devotee/Deity, Owner/Property, Inside/Container, etc., with a live sentence preview to catch reversed entries.
- ImprovedGraph filter panel cleaned up: subtractive Hide and additive Show modes, isolated-node toggle, lens-aware diagnostics.
- ImprovedOpen the graph and only the connected entities appear. Toggle "Show isolated nodes" to audit what isn't yet woven into your world.
- FixedCluster, Influence, and other graph layouts no longer reset to default after organizing.
- FixedSidebar no longer flashes the wrong layer when switching between codex and a campaign.
